💥 Customs Support Poland (Rusak) and the Customs Department inform:
▶️ New, extended validation rules for permits for special and simplified procedures have been introduced in the AIS/IMPORT PLUS system.
✅ Special procedures: • Validation includes, among others, the permit number and status, the EORI number of the holder and executor, the commodity code (at least 4 characters), the unit of measure, the customs office code, and security requirements.
✅ Simplified procedures: • Validation covers the permit number and status, EORI number, type of customs procedures, location of the goods, the appropriate customs office, and additional facilitations such as service outside of office hours.
▶️ Incorrect data in customs declarations will result in rejection. It is essential to check the compliance of ongoing processes with the permit data and, if necessary, urgently submit applications for permit changes.
