💥 Customs Support Poland (Rusak) informs:
▶️ Starting from September 16, 2024, the AES/PoUS system will become mandatory.
ℹ️ Proof of Union Status (PoUS) applies to the handling of data concerning the confirmation of the Union customs status of T2L/T2LF goods – exclusively in electronic form at both the customs office of application and the customs office where the goods are presented, according to EU regulations and specifications.
