📣 On June 20, the Plenary Meeting of the Trade Contact Group (TCG) took place, during which the European Commission responded to the entrepreneurs’ letter on CBAM represented by CLECAT (European Association for Forwarding, Transport, Logistics and Customs Services).

ℹ️ Retention of Default Values for „small” imports:
📦 Entrepreneurs: Requested retention of Default Values (DVs) for small imports to avoid administrative burden.
🇪🇺 EC: Confirmed the availability of Default Values (DVs) for the definitive period, with new DVs for individual countries planned for mid-2025.
ℹ️ Introduction of minimum thresholds for critical flows:
